How did the VUB program benefit you in your success as a student? The VUB program assisted me in acquiring a laptop for school, which was crucial for my academic endeavors. Additionally, it has been an invaluable resource for learning about various veteran support services. Through VUB, I have connected with other veterans, building a network that has helped me navigate Veterans Affairs and identify resources for veteran education.

Did the VUB program have a positive impact on your academic journey? Absolutely. Securing a laptop for school was just the beginning. VUB played a pivotal role in guiding me through various programs related to volunteering, employment, submitting claims through Veterans Affairs, and accessing critical resources.

In what other ways was VUB helpful to you? When I was transferring from community college, VUB provided unwavering support throughout the entire process. Their guidance and assistance were instrumental in making a smooth transition.

What would you say to a fellow veteran who is considering going back to or starting school? Would you recommend they work with VUB? If yes, how and why? Without hesitation, I would strongly encourage veterans to leverage as many available resources as possible, and VUB should be at the top of the list. Their comprehensive support and holistic approach to student success make them an invaluable ally on the educational journey.
