Veterans Upward Bound is a federally funded TRIO program authorized under Title 34 CFR Part 645. This program is fully funded by the U.S. Department of Education and serves eligible low-income and first-generation college students, as well as individuals preparing for postsecondary education.

REMINDER: Veterans do NOT need to apply to Catholic University of America to receive services from our program – we help veterans prepare to enroll at the institution of their choice!
