W2DHS is a pathway sponsored by the Office of Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) that offers veterans an opportunity to transition into the DHS acquisition workforce by applying their military skills to the federal workforce. The unique 3-year training pathway combines transitional support, mentoring, professional development, foundational career training, and on-the-job learning.
