TRIO Day

Join us in celebrating National TRIO Day!
National TRIO Day is celebrated annually on the fourth Saturday in February and honors the impact of federal TRIO programs in supporting low-income, first-generation, and disabled students. Established by Congress in 1986, TRIO Day highlights the importance of educational access and opportunity for all.
DC-area TRIO programs will celebrate together on Saturday, February 28, at the George Washington University Student Center, 800 21st Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20052. The day will feature:

• An Alumni Panel
• Workshops on Professional Presence, Finance, Scholarships, and Resumes
• An Award Ceremony

Lunch will be provided at the conclusion of the event.
